At the heart of our business is Guy, a builder with unwavering standards and a hands-on approach that gives clients confidence and clarity at every stage. With 25 years of experience in residential construction, Guy’s career began in 1999, completing an apprenticeship in 1st Fix Carpentry under the guidance of Nick Bayley, a highly regarded carpenter for Fairmont Homes. By 2006, he was running his own 1st Fix business, continuing to work closely with Fairmont Homes and mentoring six apprentices who went on to complete their trade under his direction.

In 2017, Guy upgraded his licence to include 2-Storey Residential Building, expanding his expertise and the scale of projects he could undertake. Two years later, he joined Fairmont Homes as a supervisor, overseeing the construction of 70–90 homes across Northern Adelaide and the Yorke Peninsula. In 2022, he returned to focus on his own projects—building impressive new homes, renovations, and extensions closer to home around Minlaton, Yorke Peninsula.
